REFUND PROCESSING
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@thefearlesspoet.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

1. Returns and Exchanges
At "The Fearless Poet," we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Initiating a Return
a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 1FearlessPoet@Gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
b. Please include the RA number on the return package.
4. Return Shipping
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
5. Refunds
a. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
b. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
a. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, the order will be processed, and the standard return policy will apply.
